CSIR (Council Of Scientific And Industrial) along with UGC (University Grants Commission) is responsible for conducting NET (National Eligibility Test) for the eligibility of lectureship or Junior Research Fellowship in universities or colleges. The NET (National Eligibility Test) Examination 2013 has been successfully completed on 23rd June 2013 at 30 centers across India. As per reports lakh of students have appeared in the examination and it was on the basis of following subjects Chemical Science, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Science, Life Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering. The examination was conducted in two shifts morning and evening 9:30A:M to 12:00 noon and 2:00 yo 5:00P:M respectively.
